Provision of audio and visual support to the PSA annual conference
Bids are sought for a contract to provide audio and visual support to the Association’s Annual Conferences for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Our Annual Conference is a prestigious event in the policing calendar, attended by more than 200 senior officers and stakeholders from across policing, government and partners. It attracts national media attention and generates substantial social media interest.
This year, the conference will be held from 9th-11th September 2019 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Stratford Upon Avon.
Contractors are invited to tender for the contract which will be awarded by Friday 29th March.
Depending on the level of interest, there may be a shortlisting process. The successful parties will be invited to the Association’s National Office at Pangbourne, Berkshire to formally present their bid to a selection panel in February 2019.
