The role of the Police Superintendents’ Association is to represent our members’ welfare and interests, while being an influential voice in policing for the public good.  To that end, there are a number of benefits associated with joining the association.

The national team work to improve and maintain all matters relating to superintendents’ conditions of service, including pay, pensions, allowances and working hours.

We regularly consult with members over these issues and play active roles in national forums responsible for decisions over these key areas.

News and updates relating to these matters are shared with members via branch chairs and secretaries, or published on the website and weekly e-bulletin.

Members also benefit from legal protection, support from the association’s Panel of Friends and a number of benefits offered by third party providers.

To join the association, contact [email protected] to receive a registration pack and new member briefing.
