President of the Police Superintendents’ Association, Paul Griffiths, said:

“I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to all members of the police family who have been recognised in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours.

“Each recipient should feel extremely proud of their achievements, which have been rightly celebrated, with the highest level of public recognition.

“These awards are a clear reflection of the value placed on the service our staff and officers give to our communities every day – working tirelessly to keep the public safe. Congratulations from all at the PSA.”
